We declare: 

Above ALL, we are sovereign Men and Women of Earth born on the soil of America, or of our Nation of Origin of/in Birth.

We also declare:

We are the un-incorporated "We the People" so named in the Preamble of the Constitution For the United States of America; made equal to everyone alive, who ever has lived or ever will live, made free that we may know joy, by the creator of all, the God of Abraham, Isac and Jacob; God the Father, God Almighty; the Great I AM.

We further declare:

We are not "inhabitants" or "residents" of any municipal corporation and that we are not bound by or subject to any municipal corporrate statutes or rules of law, nor are we in any way involved in the creation or execution of, or can be subject to any legalese latch, word witchary tool of deception or adhesion contracts ment to deminish our personal standing, abridge our personality to any corporate label, or diminish our legal or factual standing or status, as informed consent for such, which was never given and never can be given as it is a one sided contract which comes from the inspiration of the father of all lies.

As true followers of Jesus Christ we stand to expose fraud and reveal truth which allows all men to live free and equal wherever it may be supressed.

We accept and believe that Jesus Christ is our lord, brother and savior, the light the life and the way. That only through him can one come to the father. John 14:6

We acknowledge, accept and believe that there is but one way to happiness, all other ways are wickedness and wickedness never was happiness. Alma:41

Jesus Christ did NOT die for our sins, but rather the sacrifice made of his life was done so to give us the opportunity/right to stand judgement for our own actions on judgement day; "before the judgement seat of God". Romans 14:10-12

Historically, Jesus Christ died exposing the fraud of the Sadducees and Pharisees, the fraud of usury and the use of war to cover their abominable actions; much like the CORPORATE STATE churches standing as accomplice to fraud by not exposing the simple definitions for the words of diminishing capacity used to enslave the American Man and Woman.

We acknowledge that A Buddha is one who has attained Bodhi; and by Bodhi is meant wisdom, an ideal state of intellectual and ethical perfection which can be achieved by man through purely human means. The term “The Buddha” literally means “The Enlightened One, a knower” and as such we acknowledge Jesus Christ as The Highest Bodhi, THE Buddha, The Enlightened One above all others and that one must attain Bodhi in order to even begin to follow Christ’s teachings or understand how to truly apply the concepts to one’s life.

We believe that when one applies physics and physical science, medical science, psychology and quantum physics, the physical existence of God and the biblical story is completely explained if not proven.

We acknowledge and agree with the 13 articles of faith from the LDS religion.

We believe that the Man/Woman family unit is the foundation of what God intended for humanity.

Through self-exploration and the attaining of inner peace by each individual, eternal marriage is possible.

We do not condone or believe in divorce, only in the real solution to any problem that exists or arises with the help of the Ward Guide or ward whenever individual efforts are not being effective. This being said we do not believe that any couple should stay together just to stay married.

We believe that all mankind is here to be effective in their personal and professional endeavors, that each man is his own boss regardless of where he chooses to gain employment, and as such must gain certification in business, project and labor management provided by the church.

We believe in engaging in non-profit based commerce so that we can more effectively fundraise to provide essential goods and services for those in need and to provide business and job training for members in need of opportunity. 1 Timothy 6:17, Proverbs 21:5, Mathew 25:14-30, Genesis 41:34-36, James 4:13-15, Ecclesiastes 11:2

We do not condone usury on any level. We accept usury to be defined as: any monetary increase on an investment or interest paid on a loan, required to be paid or repaid ONLY in cash or money.

We believe that the protection and exercise of the substantiative and inalienable rights of every man and woman, that the right to travel uninhibited, delayed or detained is a foundational and sacred religious right allowing freedom and liberty at its most foundational level. 

We acknowledge and accept that should any individual "drive for/in commerce", that they at that time give up their right to travel, to be governed by the commercial code, statutes and administrative actions of those who govern the commercial realm.

These are the foundational beliefs of The Church of the Only Begotten Son (pg.2)

We acknowledge that God has made ALL good things that come of the earth for the use and benefit of man, to please the eye and gladden the soul, to be used with judgment, not to excess and neither by extortion as stated in Doctrine & Covenants section 59, v 17-24

We accept that God has condoned us, the men and women who follow THIS religion, to befriend and consent to ONLY the republican form of government that allows for the sovereign status to be enjoyed by all who choose to exercise their status, and the pre-1871 Constitution for The United States of America, and specifically the parts that uphold rights and privileges of freedom for ALL mankind. D&C 98V. 4-10 because of this we believe that all members have the right to access legal advice under any circumstances and legal defense in the form of a co-hybrid defense against any false allegation or illegal action taken by law enforcement or elected official of any level.**

While we will always support the veterans after their service, we do not condone or allow any of our members to enter the military service or serve in an active duty capacity. D&C 98 v. 16

Members are only allowed to enter the legal profession or law enforcement through the organization(s) that the church has established with the express purpose of defending life liberty and freedom by exposing the crimes of the oath-breakers on the force and seeking out and bringing to justice ALL breaches of peace or civil rights violations.

All members have a civil and patriotic duty to record and expose all illegal actions to The Ward Guide regardless of who is committing them. This is based on the law being stated in its simplest form as: no breach of peace, no breach of property, no breach of personal space without consent.

We support the militias and defense of life liberty and freedom of all American men and women from all enemies both foreign and domestic, including the sworn servants who act in breach of their oath.

We read and seek knowledge from the scriptures of all world religions. This gives the opportunity to understand other philosophies and use this information to further support and understand Christ’s message and how to apply that standard of excellence to our lives today.

We believe in the use of sacred holy herbs and substances by sacrament (modeled after the eucharist removed from modern day christianity) in the pursuit of knowledge and understanding of one’s personal humanitarian life purpose, mental, health, physical health, and a greater understanding of what it means to be an eternal being in order to encourage a closer, more complete relationship with Jesus Christ.

We belive there is no one prophet or holy spokesperson, only a Ward Guide to the conversations that are had at all church services. We do not believe that any one man is “called” to be in a position of hierarchy; only Christ and God hold that place as all men are created equal with God given inalienable rights by God protected by the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

All members are encouraged to seek their own prophetic experiences and holy eternal revelations, not to just rely upon the experiences of others and ancient scripture. 

We believe any person who is worthy can and will receive visions, revelations, gifts and preminitions according to Gods will.

According to physics:

All physical matter is energetic particles slowed down and held in their physical state by an electromagnetic bond, either ionic or covalent. The energy type that makes up all electromagnetic bonds is the same type but of a different intensity as the spirit, the difference between a living and a dead body. It is also stated that dark matter is physical matter as we know it that does not reflect light due to the vibrational frequency of the molecular matrix. Dark energy is the light energy that exists in that dimension, however we call that dark because we call this light although based on frequency, that is bright and this is dim and it is all light.

Therfore we state that: Heaven physically exists in the Dark Matter dimension.

According to Quantum Physics:

We have taken a picture of a quantum particle simultaneously existing in 2 places at the same time. For a particle to maintain physical cohesion or position in space/time, it must be being observed by a physical, conscious and sentient being.

Therefore we state the following:

The only example we have of this level of being is man himself. As part of the creation man cannot be THE CREATING observer of the creation, only an objective observer of the parts we are able to perceive. It is stated that we are made in the image of God, therefore in order for our physical universe to exist as it does, we must be being observed by a or by many physical conscious and sentient beings physically existing in a dark matter reality.

According to medical science:

All cells reproduce exactly and that stress (caused by environmental, physical or emotional) is the only thing that causes the cell to break down or reproduce in a state of distress or disharmony. Approximately 90% of the stress that the human being experiences in life is emotional.

Therefore we state the following:

This body was created with the express purposes of being a physical inter-dimensional traveling vessel required to physically exist in Heaven where Christ took his body after his resurrection by his ascension, where we will all live physically after Christ’s return and the resurrection occurs. Evolution is a disproven theory as far as we are concerned and that what is mistakenly labeled as evolution is just mutations within species parameters. We come to these conclusions by the facts brought to light by the work of Dr. Behe, Microbiologist Robert Burr and the fact that there has never been a confirmed “missing Link” fossil found for ANY species. Darwin stated that “If the cell structure is different than I theorize, then all my theories on evolution are wrong.” The cellular structure is indeed vastly different than Darwin theorized, and the fact that there were 10,000 different types of FINCHES, not one of which turned into another species of bird or into a lizard or fish or any other type of species.

According to psychology:

One cannot feel for another one does not feel for oneself. By understanding the logical and emotional reasons behind an action one can decide whether or not to continue making that action.

Therefore we state the following: One must love oneself unconditionally in order to truly follow Gods commandments and one must become the Bodhi as described by the teachings of Buddhism, to even begin to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. (Love thy neighbor as thy self, treat others how you wish to be treated and the rest) To end an addiction or change any behavior one deems to be negative, one must only follow the 4 step program to understand these reasons and make the decisions. Everything happens overnight, over which night is up to the individual.

Ethnobotanicals is a term that we use for all the herbs and plants that we consume to achieve health benefits, energy, and vigor; to strengthen our body systems and enhance our mood and cognition. (D&C Section 59 verse 17-24)

A "Free Church" is a church that is formed and protected under the 1st 5th and 14th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, with no contract of incorporation under the authority of the STATE.

The 501c3 contract legally removes God as the head of the church and allows the Governor of the state to control what is said by the "incorporated entity" referred to as "a church" (if it can still be called a church) now a fraudulent scripture reading group, controlled by the state, in the name of "PUBLIC SAFETY".

Yes, All churches are not for profit non-entities FREE from ANY STATE influence or control until they sign the "blood doctrine" contract giving the state authority over what was freely Gods to guide.

If the "church" is the salt of the earth and the believers are the "salt" of the church and the fact that this church is 1 of 4 Free Churches in America that we know of, we have been shown no other option but to form an established religion and church, founded in Christ's true example of standing for truth, exposing the governmental corruption and fraud, striving for liberty justice, integrity, prosperity, abundance and sustainability starting with interpersonal communication.

When every CORPORATE CHURCH twists God's word, to numb the hearts and minds of Gods flock, lulling them into a false sense of security and correct moral and standing while supporting the ghoulish abominations they sustain as holy men.

The adversary, the father of all lies, has legally, through fraudulent deceit and abominable trickery, gained the willing consent of all churches on earth, to remove God as the head of the church and in doing so, has turned Gods mouthpiece(s) into the corporate abomination(s) you attend and see groveling before the master. ​

This was done by creating the non-profit entity incorporation contract. Coercing and deceptively enticing them to incorporate under a non-profit incorporation contract; a 501c3, 501a8 or ANY other contract of incorporation as a non-profit entity. Renouncing God the entity hails allegiance to CEASAR, collaring the CORPORATE CHURCH to the abomination of usury. 

The contract silences the sources of truth, binding and gaging them to the abominable fraud by consent, legally removing God as the head of the holy organization and in his holy place, The GOVERNOR of the STATE CORPORATION now fraudulently, contractually sits and censors the STATE SANCTIONED and APPROVED Scripture Study groups, mockingly called  STATE/CORPORATE CHURCHES, ensuring that Truth, and God can never be heard. ​

In this manner do the makers of the secret combinations keep their corporate abomination fraudulently hidden from you, the general public, the masses, in the name of "PUBLIC SAFETY" controlled by the STATE CORPORATION for the good of the CORPORATE INHABITANTS (members of the corporate municipality). The now abominable fraud in the name of God, known as the CORPORATE CHURCH, the [INCORPORATED] non-profit Whore of Babylon; stands before you the civilian resident inhabitants of the corporate municipality governed by the CORPORATE STATUTES as "THE STATE" A.K.A. "CEASAR", the wreched putrescent, CORPORATE/STATE "Mc Church" if you will.

The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT as the I.R.S. AND THE STATE OF COLORADO as the SECRETARY OF STATE OFFICIALLY ACKNOWLEDGE and AFFIRM the following:

Having no contract of incorporation of any kind with either STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES OR AGENCIES; The Church of the Only Begotten Son is and
is in fact, a Free Ethnobotanical Christian Church protected under the 1st & 5th Amendments.

The First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
​
"The First Amendment" guarantees freedoms and exceptions concerning religion and the free expression of that religion, when not engaged in usury or commerce.
​
The Free Exercise Clause:
withdraws from legislative power, both state and federal, the exertion of any restraint on the free exercise of religion. Its purpose is to secure religious liberty in the individual by prohibiting any invasions there by civil authority.
​
1 It bars governmental regulation of religious beliefs as such.
​
2 prohibiting misuse of secular governmental programs to impede the observance of one or all religions or . . . to discriminate invidiously between religions . . . even though the burden may be characterized as being only indirect.
​
3 Freedom of conscience is the basis of the Free Exercise Clause, and government may not penalize or discriminate against an individual or a group of individuals because of their religious views nor may it compel persons to affirm any particular beliefs.

4 Interpretation is complicated, however, by the fact that exercise of religion usually entails ritual or other practices that constitute conduct rather than pure belief. When it comes to protecting conduct as free exercise, the Court has been inconsistent.

The First Amendment:
